- On your first day, you will be asked to fill out a waiver.

- Please wash your hands, or use hand sanitizer upon entry to the building.

All memberships require registration and are set up through a service company. Program eligibility prices are for base amount and may adjust due to payment method. Credit card checkout recoupment fee will apply. Auto payment through a bank account is possible. We can no longer accept checks. Membership payments are collected by a service company, and all membership tuition automatically renews at the same rate with payment due by the start of each time period. To make any downgrades to membership status, written notice must be given by the 15th on the month BEFORE membership is downgraded, paused, or ended. As of April 2023, 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date is required. Advance notice is required as member insurance, location rent, and service company fees are all advance paid with relation to membership numbers and require processing time from these other businesses. The service company does not provide refunds barring an error. Re-establishing membership after a cancellation will require a re-registration cost. Failed EFTs will be assessed a fee by the service provider and are the responsibility of the member.
Membership is for a set length of class eligibility time. A monthly membership subscription consists of essentially paying for 3 weeks and getting 1 week "free" each month. Attendance is the responsibility of the member. There are only a set number of membership spots available, and each member is considered to be reserving a spot for themselves. {For in person lessons: If a member misses a class during a week, they may attend another of the same type of class that same week as a "makeup."} Absences are not credited or refunded. If there is a sudden significant health problem, membership can be paused.
We are usually closed for Federal Holidays.
All members and guests: in our shared effort to do everything we can for the health of those in our community -
Masks will be optional for general purposes. Anyone interested in wearing a mask is encouraged to do so. You may be asked to put a mask on if a situation requires it.
Please wear a mask if you have a slight persistent cough with no other symptoms.
If you do not feel well or have any symptoms like moderate cough, fever, bad congestion, sore throat, stomach upset, runny nose, or other signs of illness, please refrain from coming in-person. You are very welcome to access class through our Zoom broadcasts!
If you have an onset of symptoms at class or begin to exhibit symptoms, please sit out or excuse yourself from the facility. You may be asked to do so if needed.
We wish you the best of health and safe training!
Stay Home When Appropriate: please stay home when you are showing signs of COVID-19, have a temperature, or have had close contact with a person with COVID-19. Feel sick at all? Please stay at home and recover. (You can do your class on Zoom!) If you have Covid-19 symptoms, promptly take a Covid-19 test.
Masks should be non-cloth (such as a surgical mask, N95, or KN94/KN95). Please do everything you can to keep your mask on (covering the mouth and nose) throughout your training time on the mats.
Those under 18 years old will need a COVID-19 specific waiver completed by a parent or guardian.
For all class participants, we are strongly encouraging vaccinations and boosters, as they have been shown to safely combat COVID-19.
Wash your hands, or use hand sanitizer upon entry to the building.
For those accompanying students, masks are optional (for those without a cough), still encouraged.
If a participant or staff member tests positive for COVID-19, or has had close contact- such staff member, participant, or parent/guardian on behalf of participant must immediately notify the class director. The class director will notify staff and participants of any confirmed case of COVID-19 for any staff member or participant while complying with local and state privacy/ confidentiality laws as well as with HIPAA and the Americans With Disabilities Act.
